3.4.5 Director of Operations 鈥� Duties and responsibilities
(a) The Director of Operations records all SG official communications. The Director of Operations must:
i. Attend all Senate meetings, and attest that all legislation enacted is true and accurate,
1. Present, within three business days of its ratification, all Senate legislation and
appropriations to the President as required by Section 2.1.2 of these Bylaws,
ii. Maintain a permanent and current record of all members of Student Government including
their contact information,
iii. Maintain regular office hours,
iv. Maintain the SG office, including organization and inventory of office supplies,
v. Update and maintain the SG website鈥攑ermitting they have access to edit the website,
vii. Maintain and update SG social media platforms.
